Here's how your Benang Istanbul order gets from our hands to yours and what you can use to pay for it.
Shipping is currently limited to within Malaysia only, covering Peninsular Malaysia as well as Sabah and Sarawak. If you're ordering from East Malaysia, keep in mind that delivery tends to take a bit longer than the Peninsula, simply because of the extra distance involved.
Orders are typically packed and handed to our courier within 1 to 5 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
During major sales or festive periods, processing can take a little longer since parcel volume goes up across the board, not just for us but for every courier in the country.
We work with Pos Laju to get your parcel to your doorstep. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number on WhatsApp so you can follow it the whole way.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Courier delays, weather, and remote addresses can all push delivery back, and that part is outside our control once the parcel leaves our hands.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size or weight. Orders with a total product price of RM150 and above qualify for free shipping, for both East and West Malaysia.
Once your parcel is on its way, we'll send your tracking number over WhatsApp so you can follow it and stay updated on delivery status. You can also log into your account and check order status under "My Account" at any time.
If tracking hasn't updated in a few days, that's usually just the courier catching up rather than a lost parcel, but feel free to message us and we'll chase it up on our end too.
We process payments through Billplz, which gives you FPX online banking access to most major Malaysian banks. That covers Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank (PBe), Hong Leong Connect First, RHB Now, AmBank, Bank Islam, UOB, and several others through the same checkout screen.
Just select your bank at checkout, log in the way you normally would for online banking, and confirm the payment. The funds move directly from your bank account, so there's no card number to type in or store.
Once payment goes through, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder before reaching out to us, since that's usually where it ends up hiding.
